"Being a visual artist, I am always open to expanding my repertoire. With this video I saw a chance to make a socio-economical statement that is ambiguous, and open to personal interpretation as well as being visually stunning.
This is my footage, my script, my voice and photos. I have been interested in doing something cinematic as well as exploring concepts for painting, and found an opportunity.
This fantasy, was shot on location at the construction site I am currently at.The stills were taken by me in an effort to make a complete statement." Eric Beckerich.

Sight Specific is a series of long-term exhibition projects showcasing contemporary, site-specific 

2-D and 3-D installation, video and performance art. The works of art are intended to engage both exterior and interior spaces on a temporary basis. They will be conceived specifically for the venue they occupy and take the uniqueness of the spaces into consideration in their concept and design. The intention is to encourage direct interaction between the audience and the artwork within the space. Sight Specific will also conduct a series of educational initiatives such as workshop, lectures and open houses in conjunction with the exhibitions.
